Links News - 10th May 2024

Friday 10th May 2024

Dear Links Families,

The sun has been shining and spring is finally here, although we wish it had come a little earlier! This week our year 6 children have been getting ready for next week’s SATs tests. We wish them the best of luck, as I’m sure you do too.

Reception have been busy making their own Supertato characters to celebrate their core book. It was lovely to see lots of Supertatoes in the school playground at home time. Year 4 and Lincoln have had a busy week learning Tennis in PE, classification in Science and drawing with detail in Art.

We will be sharing more learning with you next week.

Just a reminder that school will close for the May half term on Friday 24th May at the usual time. School will reopen to all children on Tuesday 4th June 2024, as normal.

Thank you to our PTA

Thank you to all those who donated your unwanted clothes to our Bag2School collection this week. We collected 140Kg! Another thank you to all those who supported the PTA’s mini cake sale this afternoon. It is just another way our wonderful PTA help to raise funds for the school.

If you have any questions or would like to join the PTA, please email the PTA team on: PTALinksPrimary@gmail.com
