Links Primary School

Friday 1st March 2024

Dear Links Families,

We cannot believe it is already the 1st March and that spring in nearly upon us!

It has been another busy week of learning at Links. 5M went to visit Reeds School and created moveable cars. Reception, Year 1 and Year 2, went to the Polka Theatre to watch their new production ‘Tidy’. We would like to thank the Polka Theatre, for giving our children this amazing opportunity at no cost. Both the children and staff thought it was fantastic! Some of our children in Year 5 and 6 attended Bikeability training this week and learnt how to be safe whilst cycling. On Thursday, the children in Nursery, Reception and Year 1 took part in their first tennis session, ran by the All England Tennis Club.

It really has been an action packed week of learning!

Children are welcome to dress up as their favourite book character on Thursday 7th March - please do not feel the need to buy any new costumes, home made ones are best!
