Links Primary School

Friday 9th June, 2023

Dear Links families,

It’s been a good first week back after the half term break and the children have got straight back into their learning this week. In addition to this, some of our Year 4 children have returned today from a very successful residential trip to Sayers Croft. Thank you to the staff involved in the trip for this extra commitment.

It’s going to be a nice sunny weekend so enjoy the sunshine and I look forward to seeing you all on Monday.

Sports Day

Don't forget that our Links Sports Day is happening this Thursday 15th June.

It is wonderful to be back at Tooting Bec Track again for a full day of fun track and field activities. The children are looking forward to the day and it would be even better if families could join us as well.

We hope to start at 10.00am until 2.00pm. If you are joining us there, great! And you can take your child home with you after. If you can’t make it, no worries, we will be back in school for 3.15pm.  See you there!

It really is so important for your child to be in school every day. If your child is just feeling a little bit under the weather, it’s fine to send them in. Please rest assured that we will always call you if they need to be picked up.

If your child is absent from school, please make sure that you report the reason for your child’s absence- if you don’t we are unable to authorise the absence. The easiest way to do this is via the free Studybugs app.
